Ron 7788 on Psychic Clarity

I believe in Oneness of all things.  I also believe in each individual having free will.  It seems like a paradox, but it is not.

Each individual has that side that adores life, the universe, and all the sacred, wondrous aspects of life.  We each also have the shadow side, the sufferer.  Suffering is part of our path on Earth, not to get stuck in it, but to grow and learn from it.  These are two sides to the Whole.  Carl Jung says that the SELF needs to overcome the ego, and integrate it to be Whole and Complete.  This is part of Union.  As we find Union with our Light and Dark side as a human, we can also find Union with the intellectual, logical side and the intuitive, psychic side.  Everything appears separate, but in the higher transcendental reality this is an illusion.

In meditation I like to focus on the second chakra, ORANGE, and vibrate the words ENLIGHTENMENT.  The second chakra usually symbolizes "Fight or flight" aspect of one's nature.  Combining this with the vibration of Enlightenment, we bring Union to those 2 sides.  One never gets rid of the human side, and totally becomes nothing but spirit, while incarnated.  Its a balancing act, an act of union.

In ancient alchemy it was called Solve et Coagula, to dissolve and bring together, to separate and unite.  Its an ongoing process, like breathing, taking the in breath, and releasing the out breath.
We all are psychic.  Its a deeper aspect of the Emotions.  Sit in a chair, quiet your mind, follow your breath, release the tensions, let you thoughts wonder and flow, don't attach to them.  After a few days of practice, you will notice your mind settling down.  When there is silence, no thought, then ask you question and see what rises in your consciousness.  Some focus the psychic energy on the 6th charka, the third eye.  This process the Tibetans even mapped out as the process one goes through with meditation and even going to sleep and dreaming.  It might be a good thing to keep a psychic journal, to note your progress.   The ancients called this a Book of Shadows.
One can use a mantra, a word that you don't know the meaning of, this is a Zen approach, by repeating this mantra, one can quiet and still your mind.  Transcendental meditation costs lots of money to get a mantra, but making one up is really the same process.  The mantra should be something one has a definition of or recognize.  Its about finding inner peace, more than having realizations and inner visions, until one gets use to it.  Getting caught up in the revelations is something the novice is distracted by, until they learn to go beyond all of that and find the inner silence first.

There are subtleties of psychic energy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentient.  The first is someone who is able to remote view, and see visualizations, the second one listens and hears subtle words and messages, and the later one is an empath, can feel vibrations and energies with the body.

The main thing to gain psychic clarity is to practice, be in tune with ones telepathic messages.  Sure, we are never always 100% accurate, but with practice we can improve.  Even the mistakes and tuning in wrong might be a lesson in itself, so never ignore a wrong answer.  Like a dream, it might just take longer to understand why one got that kind of message.
Peace
